Here's a little bit about me -- I am a BIG fan of Rockport. You know how sometimes you end up living someplace you didn't intend to live? Well, that had pretty much been me up until my husband and I discovered Rockport. When that happend, we sold the house in Austin and moved, lock stock and Manx cat to Rockport. That was the best move I've ever made.

I began working at Key Allegro Rentals June 1, 1992. In 1994 I got my real estate license and continued as the Rental manager and sold real estate part time. Finally, in 1999 I retired from the rental department and started selling real estate full time for Key Allegro Real Estate. Then in 2002, Key Allegro Island developer, Carl Krueger, and owner of Key Allegro Development and Sales and Key Allegro Real Estate asked me to be president of Key Allegro Development and Sales. I accepted and stayed in that position until the company sold in 2005. I happily returned to selling real estate full time and truly enjoy my chosen profession.

Working with buyers and sellers is something that gives me great pleasure. When a person, with my assistance, is able to sell their home and take the next step in their adventure, I feel rewarded. And when a person(s) is able to find, with my assistance, their perfect Coastal Retreat, then I know I've done my job. For me, it's all about people.

The rest of the stuff, in a nutshell: Born in Nebraska. Graduate of Southwest Texas State University (now Texas State University). Columnist and investigative reporter for two major daily papers in the 70's. First Texas hire for Lockheed Missles and Space, Austin Division (1980's). Married to Donald Bagby, one daughter, one son-in-law and two grandchildren. Swimming instructor (started teaching in 1966 and haven't stopped yet!). Lap swimmer. Past President of the Rockport Area Association of Realtors (2017). Voracious reader.
